Thank you for trusting Quick Clinic with your Covid testing needs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date of your confirmation receipt.

All refund requests must be sent via email to info@quickclinictesting.co.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the confirmation number you received when you registered for a Covid test. Once we receive your refund request, we will verify whether you qualify for a refund. You will be notified on the status of your refund request within 2 business days.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 business days of approval, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Disqualification for Refund

Please note, once you have been swabbed for testing by a Quick Clinic, or Quick Clinic partner/ affiliate swab-technician, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Merchant and processing fees

You will be responsible for paying the merchant and processing fees. Merchant and Processing fees are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of merchant and processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
